We have all had lights that appeared in our lives
when we most needed them and Jen has been
the biggest shinning light that guided me home to self.
A self that had been hidden away long ago.
She wisely and patiently helped guide me through
battlefields, pain, darkness, fear and shame and
ultimately led me to my heart and to love myself.
The warmth and safety that she provides on this
journey are one that are seldom found and anyone
that comes in touch with her light will be forever
changed and will again be reunited with their
authentic selves.
